Today we had a new Headmistress! "Its been really fun and though it would be a challenging job I really enjoyed it and it was a great opportunity", Eleanor said. She
started the day welcoming the children and then met the Bursar at the Oratory School AKA "The Big O" to discuss her ideas for having a climbing wall. She then listened to Year 4 reading and walked around to make sure that the lessons were going well. After break she checked in with Connor, our head chef, that the dessert she chose was ready for lunch - strawberries and marshmallow skewers drizzled in chocolate (yum!). She took photos of the fun hair styles (her rule for the day) and had a private lunch in the Headmaster's study with senior members of staff and her chosen guest, Poppy. She introduced and welcomed the acts at the grandparents tea, attended by several hundred pepole. She later had a meeting about pastoral care and attended a School Council BBQ. It was a very busy day at the Oratory Prep!
