Outdoor Art Week was a huge success spanning across the whole school from Nursery to Year 8. Every child was excited and enthusiastic to embrace the natural environment whilst being creative and imaginative through art. Working collaboratively in the woodland, the children focused on the Artist Kandinsky and his painting ‘Concentric circles’. Looking at shape, colour and tone, they created their own version of this art piece on wood cookies.
All of their creations were placed into the large tree outside the red gates. Wonderful to see all the children searching for their wood cookie with their families.
