As part of the wider school community from their very first day, our youngest pupils benefit from specialist teaching, outstanding facilities and the sense of belonging that comes from being part of one school. Swimming lessons, Forest School, Music, PE, French and whole-school events all form part of everyday life, helping children grow in confidence and feel at home from the very beginning.
A joyful start to learning
Our broad curriculum combines excellent teaching with hands-on experiences that bring learning to life. Children are encouraged to ask questions, solve problems, be creative and discover their own interests, while small class sizes ensure every child receives the right balance of support and challenge.
Our partnership with parents begins at the classroom door. Each morning, families bring their children directly into the classroom, giving them time to settle and providing valuable opportunities for informal conversations with teachers. Those daily moments help build strong relationships and ensure every child starts the day feeling confident and ready to learn. In Reception, our parent app also shares regular updates and photographs, giving families a wonderful insight into life at school.
The school day finishes at 3.30pm, with a wide range of optional clubs from 4.00pm to 5.00pm, including yoga, fencing, baking and Spanish. After School Club runs until 6.00pm, providing a relaxed, caring environment where children can play, unwind and enjoy time with friends.
