Life in Pre-Prep is enriched with engaging activities that extend beyond the classroom. Pupils participate in Sparkling Starts that ignite curiosity at the beginning of topics and Phenomenal Finishes, where they proudly present their learning to their parents and peers. Our Pre-Prep curriculum blends creative play with structured teaching to ensure that every child feels supported while being gently challenged to achieve their best. From mastering key skills in literacy and numeracy to exploring the world through Science, Art and Music, pupils are inspired to develop a wide range of abilities. Outdoor learning and Forest School sessions are an integral part of the Pre-Prep experience, allowing pupils to connect with nature and build resilience.
Small class sizes mean that teachers form strong bonds with pupils. Parents have the opportunity to drop off their children directly at the classroom every morning giving everyone a chance to “check in” should the need arise. In Reception, we use an app to share news and photos of the children’s activities, giving parents the perfect answer to #WhatDidYouDoAtSchoolToday.
The school day ends at 3.30pm and we offer a plethora of activities from 4 – 5pm every day such as yoga, fencing, baking, kick-boxing and Spanish. We also offer “After School Club” from 4 – 6pm where children can relax and play with their friends and our staff.
