Clubs & Wraparound Care

At The Oratory Prep School, we understand that family life can be busy. That’s why we offer flexible wraparound care options to support your schedule and provide a nurturing environment for your child beyond the regular school hours.

Little Oaks

(Nursery, Kindergarten, and Pre-Reception)

Our youngest pupils benefit from extended provision available 50 weeks of the year, excluding the last week of August and Christmas week. Care is available from 7:30am to 6:00pm, offering:

Breakfast from 7:30am: A nutritious start to the day.
Structured play and late activities from 3:30pm onwards: Engaging sessions designed to stimulate young minds.
Tea for children staying until 6:00pm: A wholesome meal to end the day.

Flexible drop-off and pick-up times ensure that our provision aligns with your family’s needs. During school holidays, we offer an exciting, structured programme of activities that make full use of our expansive school grounds.

Reception to Year 2

For our pupils in Reception through Year 2, we provide:

Breakfast Club from 7:30am to 8:15am: Held in the dining hall, ensuring pupils are ready and energized for the day ahead.
After School Clubs and Activities from 3:30pm to 5:00pm: A diverse range of clubs that cater to various interests. These sessions are booked termly in advance, with snacks and refreshments provided. Clubs run by school staff are included in the tuition, while those offered by external providers may incur additional charges.

Years 3 to 8

Older pupils have access to: (as well as Breakfast Club)

After School Clubs and Activities from 5:00pm to 6:00pm (excluding Wednesdays): A selection of extracurricular activities and clubs designed to broaden horizons and develop new skills. As with the younger years, clubs led by school staff are included, while external clubs may have separate fees.
